I want the right guy, i'm scared of getting hurt - Karen Igho cries out

The 2011 winner of Big Brother Africa Amplified, Karen Igho may have fame and more money but within her, there is something she nurtures that goes beyond material things.

Karen, who is so bitter about her single status recently took to social media to display her deed thought about herself and se% and men.

She has be finding it difficult to attract the man of her dreams and it seems loneliness is eating her up. She has finally cried out to the guys. See Karen's bold message to the guys below:

"How long can you stay with out se%?

Let's be realistic here. Does it really matter who calls or text who first? Does it really matter if you had se% the first time you met? What will be, will be!

I just want the right guy and am scared of getting hurt because when I love, I love with all my body and soul. It's so difficult with fame to find a guy that will love you and trust you. Not all women in the industry are loose. Guys and girls that have more than one girlfriend\boyfriend, do you really love them all?

I can't double date. One guy is enough for me. I will die for true love and I will give my all for true love. You don't have to be cool to be my man and you don't have to be rich to rule my world. All I want is your extra time and your kiss. I want to go on a date, go to the movies.

God will make a way

Kanye denies cheating rumors

Kanye West insists he did not cheat on Kim Kardashian with Canadian model, Leyla Ghobadi, telling TMZ, the woman accusing him of being unfaithful is just out for some easy publicity.

Leyla recently did an interview claiming she had sex with Kanye after meeting him at one of his concerts in July 2012 and that Kanye confessed his relationship to Kim was a publicity stunt.

But a rep for Kanye told TMZ it's all lies. "This most recent attack on Kanye West and his family is totally without merit. It's a blatant attempt by a misguided individual who is clearly seeking publicity, and another in a series of malicious stories drummed up by non-credible 'news' sources. This is a sad attempt to hurt two people trying to live their lives."

6 students dead in Uniuyo riot

6 STUDENTS CONFIRMED DEAD AS UNIUYO STUDENTS RIOT:
The Engineering students of University of Uyo went for a peaceful demonstration in the office of the Vice Chancellor in other to address issues about the sudden changes made by the V.C concerning their transportation from Uniuyo Main Campus to Uniuyo Permanent Site.
The Vice Chancellor decided that students who want to board the school bus from Main camp to Permanent site for lectures had to pay daily.
As a result the Engineering students of the university lead a peaceful demonstration to the V.C's Office to lay their complains about the sudden change. On arrival the security officials at the V.C's office tried to stop the students from gaining access to the Vice Chancellor, the students therefore retaliated by throwing stones at the security officials.
The security officials had no option but to call for back-up which lead to the RIOT. The police who were supposed to come and calm the situation fired shots at the students and killed 6 innocent students. The students on the other hand set the office of the V.C on fire and also destroyed other school properties. What is the world turning into??

Why I won't discuss the Paternity of my daughter - Omawumi

Omawumi opened up to Thisday entertainment contributor, Seun Apara, on the reasons why she does not like discussing the paternity of her daughter. She said:
I never hid my child's paternity but I felt that since I'm not married, I don't need to come out and say this is the father of my child. It is always ideal for someone who wants to marry you to be the one to identify himself. Another thing is that he might not want to identify himself because he is not an artiste. He might not want that part of my life. He might just love me and my child. So I like to respect people's privacy. I also strongly feel that it is my job as a musician to entertain you and if you feel like my personal life is your business, it doesn't mean I feel the same way.
Initially when I got pregnant, I didn't feel the need to come out and start telling people that this is the father of my child. I didn't feel I owed it to anyone.
She says a lot more. Read after the jump...

My family and my close friends know who the father of my child is because we’re in a relationship. We have a very healthy relationship and our families are intertwined. I don't think I need to start telling people all this.

I felt so bad about the stories people are writing about my child's paternity because normally, controversies don't get to me and my daughter don’t have to be part of this. So when people start putting that kind of stuffs in print and my daughter stumbles upon it when she is old enough to read, it will hurt her.

Considering the kind of upbringing I had, I'm not that morally bankrupt that I will now fraternize with a married man that is like a father figure to me.

You want to reveal his identity?
I don't feel that will be necessary. I just want to use this opportunity to tell people that I will try as much as possible to be a normal artiste and I want to encourage people to try and enjoy my music. It’s not easy but they should just try not to be concerned about my private life. They should know that I'm a human being and they should try to understand that I tried to be a person that people can look up to.

MTN project fame is back with season 6

MTN is back with Project Fame. In season 6, they say they want to inspire more youths in West Africa to aim to become great and to fulfill their natural musical talent. One of the most, if not the most inspirational music talent shows we have in West Africa is MTN’s Project Fame, which has over the last five years inspired ten’s of thousands of young Nigerians, Ghanaians, Liberians and Serra Leoneans to strive to become music superstars.

MTN Project Fame has been able to select really talented and determined contestants as many of them have gone on to become household names in the music industry not only in West Africa but also in East Africa and even as far as America. Iyanya and Chidinma winners of MTN Project Fame in season 1 and 3 have both been on overseas tours and are in high demand locally.

In season 6 MTN Project Fame West Africa is also inspiring young talented musical artist to come out for auditions in 10 West African cities – Monrovia-Liberia on May 25th, Freetown –Serria Leone on May 30th & June 1st and Accra-Ghana on June 1st, Benin & Abuja June 8th, Port Harcourt & Ilorin on June 15th, Calabar and Ibadan on June 22nd and Lagos on June 28 & 29th.

The inspiration for many youth is the success that many of the MTN Project Fame contestants have had, even contestants that come 2nd and 3rd are doing very well. Nicholas from Liberia and Kesse from Ghana have both been winning awards after leaving the Project Fame Academy. Nicholas won the Personality of the Year Award in Liberia in 2009 and Kesse won Best Male Vocalist at the Ghana Music Awards in 2012.

MTN Project fame has also inspired young talent to explore different genre’s of music. One of the discoveries from last season was Adetoun who was elected at the new WAKA Princess. This a music form that has deep cultural roots but no up and coming star. Adetoun who came 3rd is a perfect fit for that type of music with her youthful hip style she is set to take it by storm.

MTN Project Fame has definitely got it right with Project Fame as a means of encouraging and inspiring youth to fulfil their potential. With audition details available on www.projectfamewestafrica.com the inspiration continues with season 6.

Heynckes not Interest in Madrid deal

Jupp Heynckes has announced that he will not take over Real Madrid this summer after helping Bayern Munich to Bundesliga, Champions League and DFB Pokal glory in 2012-13, though he also refused to commit to retirement.

The 68-year-old had an expiring contract with the Bavarians and it was already announced earlier this season that he would have to make way for Pep Guardiola ahead of the 2013-14 campaign.

A number of recent reports suggested that he was one of the candidates to take Jose Mourinho's place as Real Madrid coach, but Heynckes has now made it clear that he will take time out instead.

The Second coming of Jose Mourinho

For a man of usually impeccable timing, Jose Mourinho appears to be slipping. The only surprise about his long-awaited return to Stamford Bridge is that neither he nor Chelsea announced it on Sunday – nine years to the day since his first coming.

In the end, Real Madrid president Florentino Perez pre-empted the Blues' official Monday announcement, saying on Sunday evening: “Mourinho is going to Chelsea. Probably on Monday he will be their new manager. We wish him good luck.”

Not the most overwhelming revelation of perhaps the most eagerly anticipated appointment in Premier League history, but few will care.

After all, at long last, Mourinho – and all that entails – is back. Not simply to English football, but to the club where he once ruled it. When he first swaggered into west London as a fresh-faced 41-year-old in June 2004 and proclaimed himself ‘the Special One’, the sheer force of personality took everyone by surprise. This time it is the minimum expected.

What we may find, however, is a slightly more low-key entrance – at least from the man himself. Mourinho, by his own admission, is returning to Chelsea off the back of the worst season of his career. That his phenomenally successful career to date has set an absurdly high standard is beside the point. At Madrid, in his eyes and those of many others, he failed.

Yet for Roman Abramovich, Mourinho's struggles in the Spanish capital may only have made him a stronger candidate to succeed the unpopular Rafa Benitez. Having gone out of his way to make his position at the Santiago Bernabeu untenable, the Portuguese was guaranteed to be available this summer. His messianic status among Chelsea fans also offered a quick route to redemption for a Blues hierarchy which had dared to replace a club legend with a hate figure.

Most compellingly of all, perhaps the only idea more attractive to a ruthlessly ambitious owner than appointing Jose Mourinho is appointing a Jose Mourinho who feels he has a point to prove.

It is a reunion long in the making, and one many thought would never happen. For all the stories of regular text conversations and gratis supercars, few expected Abramovich would ever be willing again to cede the kind of control a man like Mourinho demands. Mourinho, for his part, was believed to have eyes only for Sir Alex Ferguson’s job at Manchester United.

But it also feels like a move which suits all parties. Chelsea have continued to collect trophies for the past seven years – and even reached the pinnacle in Munich last May – but have never projected the same aura of invincibility as under Mourinho, even in Carlo Ancelotti’s double-winning season.

Mourinho, meanwhile, laid his cards on the table last month when he revealed, rather tamely, that he wanted to return to place where he is loved. He is adored at Inter and revered in his homeland, but Chelsea represents the perfect combination of affection and ambition.

He also arrives in time to witness a changing of the guard of ground-trembling proportions at Old Trafford. Ferguson, the man who, as commentator Jonathan Pearce so eloquently put it, “defined the Premier League era by dominating it”, has finally gone.

Succeeding him, David Moyes enjoys a huge opportunity, but also shoulders a monumental burden. Mourinho, along with Manuel Pellegrini at Manchester City, will look to exploit any sign of weakness.

It is a confrontation the media will relish, just as they did when Chelsea’s brash young wondercoach went toe-to-toe with Arsene Wenger, Rafa Benitez and anyone else who crossed his path.

The jokes, the metaphors, the soundbites and the controversies all add up to make Mourinho a journalist’s dream. Even if his relationship with the English press was not always quite as rosy as is sometimes made out, he was – and is – pure box office, and his presence will be ever more greatly appreciated at a time when so many enduring characters are leaving the Premier League.

Whether Abramovich will welcome the return of this side to Mourinho is questionable. A propensity for conflict underpins his legend while preventing him from being able to survive anywhere for long. It is an open secret that Chelsea tired of the Special One’s confrontational demeanour very quickly once results began to dip, and he does not appear to have mellowed in the past nine years.

Compromise, then, must prevail at Stamford Bridge if the relationship between manager and owner is to last. Abramovich must allow Mourinho a louder voice than Ancelotti or Roberto Di Matteo. Mourinho, in turn, must accept that he will not be allowed to build a team entirely in his image, and with no expense spared. This time around the core of Chelsea’s future is already in place, in the form of Juan Mata, Eden Hazard and Oscar, and will be so regardless of the manager.

Even Chelsea fans, who have spent the best part of two years trying to serenade Mourinho back to Stamford Bridge, must concede that the realisation of their dream poses a thousand questions.

The only thing for certain is that the man himself will have an answer for every one of them. He always does.

Welcome back, Jose.

Confused Mind

I got this email and this lady is confused and needs your advice please don't cuss her out.
Hi, am a 25year old lady and I need your advice, am currently in a relationship but not happy, my boyfriend is actually a very nice guy and does everything he can to make me happy.
On the other hand, no matter how much he tries am never happy, I flare up at the slightess provocation, at times when he ask me about my day or how I am, I just get irritated for no reason. I just wanna be free.... be on my own maybe wait till marriage, to me it seems being in a relationship is like being in bondage, I wanna get out and be happy, I think I deserve more. But how do I get out without hurting him?
Please I need your advice. Do I leave the relationship or stay, maybe I'll eventually start liking him.
